They are the kind of pole that is a circle and is collapsed by twisting the circle into smaller circle. Make sense? Thank you in advance.

The fabric around the keeder cord is fraying big time at both ends. How can I repair this?

I know you guys aren't professional videographers, but this could have been done better by showing on the video how things slot together, and by describing for example what 'part c' of the keder rail is. Hopefully this is enough to get our visor installed.

The hardest thing to set up. Come to find out the straps that go on the ground to space the four corners, were not included. Not really worth the headache to set up, much less to take down after a long hot weekend of camping. I want the straps, after all I did pay for them.

It does NOT go in that easy. Spent 30 minutes thus far and can’t get into the track. Won’t give up yet but buyer beware

Just purchased 10 x 10 screenhouse in April. I bent two corner poles and split a flex pole when doing second time setup. I have contacted Pahaque Customer Service and requested complete replacement pole set at my cost. Customer Service gave me the pole repair company contact, but my main concern is that the Pahaque Rep. told me that they no longer use the type of corner poles I need. Why were the poles discontinued, after I just recently purchased the screenhouse in April from TearDrop Shop? I would think that I should have received the new poles at that time, if poles were discontinued. In summary, I just want my corner/flex poles, so I can use the screenhouse more than once. I’m willing to pay for the complete pole replacement set. I don’t want the hassle associated with sending the poles in for repair and down time period for the screenhouse use.
